Physical Products (Badge Reels & 3D-Printed Items):

• No returns, exchanges, or refunds once an item has shipped

• Custom or personalized items are non-refundable

• Minor variations may occur due to the handmade and 3D-printed nature of our products

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist.

Digital Products (STL Files):

• All digital downloads are non-refundable

• No exchanges or cancellations after purchase
